This is the marketing framework I developed across thirteen years operating my own UK aesthetic clinic group, refined into a model now applied across hundreds of medspas via Resoclinx. Two interlocking systems — a foundation that has to hold (S.E.L.F) and a flywheel that compounds growth (R6).

S.E.L.F — the foundation

Four pillars. If any one is broken, the flywheel above leaks.

  1. Secure Every Enquiry

    Don't let leads leak. Your website is the first place enquiries die. Page speed, clear CTAs, fast follow-up — these are SEO and website problems, not 'salespeople need training' problems.

  2. Establish Local Trust

    Reviews on Google, Save Face, Doctify. Local citations. NAP consistency. Local SEO is how clinics get trusted before they're tried.

  3. Leverage Smart Marketing

    Attribution. If you can't trace a booked treatment back to the click that started it, you're guessing. SEO is inherently more measurable.

  4. Freedom Through Systems

    A clinic owner who has to 'do marketing' every week never gets free. SEO compounds. Once a page ranks, it ranks. That's the systemisation.

R6 — the flywheel

Six stages. Each fuels the next. Once it spins, it compounds.

  1. Reach

    Be found wherever patients look. GBP. Local SEO. Search rankings. This is where 90% of our SEO work lives.

  2. Reputation

    Reviews, social proof, trust on autopilot. We help with GBP review-generation systems and schema markup that makes reviews show up in search.

  3. Resell

    Turn one treatment into a treatment plan. Recurring revenue per patient. Website design plays here — the post-treatment funnel, the upsell cards in the booking flow.

  4. Retain

    Keep treating the patients you already have. Email sequences (you build/run; we don't manage them). The website's account or treatment-history surface matters here.

  5. Reactivate

    Win back lapsed patients. Tagged automations from your booking platform (Pabau, Fresha, Cliniko). We don't run these but ensure your website and GBP support them.

  6. Referrals

    Happy patients as a channel. Referral pages, schema, local SEO that makes referred patients find you again easily.
