Years in UK aesthetics, and twenty in search.

My background is unusual for someone who sells aesthetic marketing services. I came at it from two directions at once — running clinics, and ranking websites in Google search. For twenty years, in parallel. The combination is what built CoLaz.

I should be honest about something up front: CoLaz wasn't a solo project. My wife Manroop built it with me. She ran operations across every clinic — staff, treatments, regulatory, the day-to-day of running a clinical business. I ran the side that brought the patients in — local SEO, the websites at each new location, the playbook that worked because she'd already built clinics worth ranking.

We started with one clinic in the early 2000s. Six years later we had nine UK locations. Every new location followed the same compounding pattern — a website built for local search, a Google Business Profile set up properly, a consistent flow of patients from organic queries rather than from ad spend.

You'll meet Manroop properly if you ever subscribe to Resoclinx — the AI receptionist platform we built together after CoLaz. Here on this site, though, it's my voice you're reading. The SEO and the websites — that's the part I owned and ran, then and now.

The work today

CoLaz was eventually sold. After the sale we built Resoclinx — Manroop runs that with me — and I started this site to teach the SEO + website playbook to other UK clinic owners. The pitch is simple, and I want to keep it simple: I sell SEO services and website design. Nothing else. No social media management, no paid ads, no full-service marketing engagements.

The reason I sell only those two is that those two are what I used to grow my own clinic group. Everything else, I either tried and didn't find worth the cost, or never personally ran. I'd rather you knew the bias than have me pretend I'm a generalist.
