This site uses as few cookies as it can. There are no marketing or advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics 4, but only if you say yes, and only to see which pages are useful. Below is exactly what's set and how to control it.
1. What are cookies?

Some are essential for a site to work; others are used for analytics, advertising or personalisation. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR, sites must tell you what they use and ask your consent for anything non-essential.
2. What we use
2.1 Strictly necessary
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. If Cloudflare's security checks are triggered, it may set the cookies below to tell people from bots. They are needed to keep the site safe and do not require consent under PECR.

On the contact page only, the form loads Cloudflare Turnstile from
challenges.cloudflare.com to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the message.
It is used for spam protection, not tracking.
2.2 Analytics (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful and which buttons get used. These cookies are set only if you accept in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode v2 stops any analytics cookies being stored; Google may still receive a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, with no identifier attached. We do not use Google Signals, advertising features or remarketing audiences.

2.3 Marketing and advertising
None. This site does not use the Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, the LinkedIn Insight Tag or any other advertising or remarketing cookies.
2.4 The booking calendar
The "Book a 30-minute call" buttons link to a booking calendar at
links.resoclinx.com, which runs on GoHighLevel. It is a separate page, not embedded
in this site, so this site's cookie banner doesn't control it. That page may set its own cookies
when you open it. We don't embed videos or other third-party content on this site.
3. How to control cookies
- Cookie banner: on your first visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics.
You can change your mind any time with the

- Browser settings: every major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) lets you
block all cookies, accept only first-party cookies, or delete the ones already set. See

Blocking all cookies may interfere with Cloudflare's security checks, but the site will still load
and the contact form will still work.
4. Your rights
Under UK GDPR and PECR you have the right to:
- Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time
- Ask what cookies have been set on your device
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office
