I'm not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. The one thing billed separately is usage on your business number: calls and texts cost what they cost, and that's what you're charged.

The site runs on my infrastructure. That's what makes "no build fee" honest: I'm not handing you a finished site and walking away, I'm running it. It also means that if you stop paying, the site stops running.
Buy it for £1,000
After three months you can buy the code outright for £1,000 if you'd rather own it and host it yourself. It's a choice, not a requirement.
